Summary
Join Testlio as a Vice President in the Americas, a fully remote role focusing on growing our customer base across various industries. This leadership position reports to the VP of Global Sales and requires driving significant revenue growth while leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team. You will develop and execute sales strategies, lead complex negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses extensive sales leadership experience in enterprise SaaS or services, particularly in software quality. Requirements
- Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving revenue growth in enterprise SaaS or services, preferably in the software quality or related industry
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing geographically dispersed teams
- Exceptional relationship development skills with C-level executives, decision-makers, and teammates
- Sophisticated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close multimillion-dollar contracts
- Expertise in leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategy and achieve results
- The ability to thrive in a home office environment with a geographically dispersed, international team
- A global perspective, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work effectively across diverse markets
- High motivation and a willingness to adapt to various roles and responsibilities while contributing to overall team success
- A growth mindset fueled by a commitment to continuous learning and a dedication to honing your technical and soft skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand Testlio’s presence in the AMER region, aligning with Testlio’s objectives
- Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs to shape strategic initiatives
- Build and lead a diverse, high-performing sales team you can inspire and mentor to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets
- Own the AMER sales quota, driving significant new business growth while nurturing existing customer relationships
- Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals with engineering, product, and business leaders across industries
- Maintain high standards of CRM usage and data accuracy for forecasting and pipeline management
- Work closely with the marketing, delivery, operations, and product teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy
- Champion the voice of our customers, providing feedback to enhance Testlio’s offerings
- Establish scalable processes to manage a geographically dispersed team effectively
