Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in public relations and integrated communications
  • Experience across the travel & tourism and consumer lifestyle sectors with a proven track record leading large scale integrated accounts

  • Time & Budget Tracking: Set financial goals for accounts, ensuring overall profitability and sustained growth across the portfolio
  • Workflow Management: Develop high-level operational frameworks to streamline workflows across teams and maximize efficiency
  • Staffing: Lead succession planning and resource allocation, ensuring the agency is positioned for long-term success
  • Employee Development: Mentor team members including junior, mid-level and aspiring senior leaders, focusing on their growth and preparing them for executive-level responsibilities
  • Effective Communication
  • Client Communication: Lead communication for a portfolio of large, mid-sized and small clients, managing discussions on agency performance and long-term strategy
  • Written Materials: Oversee agency-wide written communications, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with the agency’s vision
  • Deck Development: Contribute and approve high-level decks for client pitches, ensuring they reflect the agency's best strategic thinking and creativity
  • Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling presentations to senior clients, emphasizing strategic insights and driving buy-in for large initiatives
  • Strategic Planning
  • Channel Audits (Earned, Influencer, Social): Oversee strategic application of audit findings, guiding teams on leveraging data to drive client success
  • Target Audience Analysis (Earned, Influencer, Social): Shape methodologies for audience insights, ensuring relevance and alignment with both short- and long-term goals
  • Channel Fluency & Strategies (Earned, Influencer, Social): Define and implement channel-specific strategies at a portfolio level, ensuring innovation and integration
  • Creative Thinking
  • Newsjacking/Trend-to-Earned Ideas: Shape client’s creative response to trends, establishing a reputation for rapid and innovative execution
  • Earned Media: Oversee and provide strategic direction for earned-first creative programs, focusing on unique approaches that drive results
  • Influencer or Talent Partnerships: Lead discussions on long-term talent partnerships, ensuring alignment with client goals and creative ambitions
  • Social Media: Partner with Praytell’s specialty teams to deliver sharp social strategies and social-driven campaigns
  • Brand Campaign Concepts: Partner with Praytell’s creative team to ideate, sell in and execute highly integrated campaigns, ensuring bold, forward-thinking creative ideas that lead the industry
  • Execution
  • Earned Media: Establish high-level strategies for earned media across client portfolios, mentoring teams to push creative boundaries
  • Influencer: Partner with our influencer team to sell in and oversee influencer programming rooted in insights, engagement and measurable impact
  • Social Media: Support execution of social media programs, ensuring alignment with evolving platforms, trends, and client goals
  • KPI, Merchandising & Reporting
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Guide client accounts’ overall approach to data, ensuring advanced methodologies deliver meaningful insights
  • Strategic Recommendations: Set the strategic vision for client accounts, leveraging data to drive impactful decisions
  • Stakeholder Communication: Lead key stakeholder conversations, demonstrating the value of data-driven strategies
  • Goal Alignment & Performance Metrics: Establish KPI frameworks that drive alignment and foster long-term client success
  • New Business
  • Play an active role in agency new business efforts—from opportunity intake through response development and pitching—collaborating closely with leadership, creative, and specialty teams to secure new partnerships and drive both practice and agency growth
