Requirements

  • 12+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of driving product innovation while maintaining delightful user experiences
  • 8+ years of experience leading and scaling product teams
  • Demonstrated experience developing and scaling high-performance teams through hiring and coaching of product talent

Responsibilities

  • Create a product vision for the future of our Influencer marketing platform that is innovative, ambitious, and compelling, and be a passionate evangelist for that vision
  • Have a pulse on the influencer marketing space by actively engaging with our customers and use this to serve as the voice of the customer internally, evaluate opportunities and drive competitive advantage
  • Leveraging your knowledge of best-in-class product management processes and methodologies, you’ll develop and introduce mechanisms and processes to allow our product to scale effectively, while maintaining the highest quality and keeping innovation and customer satisfaction at the forefront
  • Utilizing your eye for identifying and developing talent, you’ll establish Sprout as a career destination for product talent. You will hire, lead, and coach leaders and product managers in your organization and support their professional growth and development to increase their impact on the organization
  • You'll guide your teams to operate on a new level - working more effectively together to iteratively deliver best in class product and balance needs for critical customer pain points

Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record of influencing and aligning stakeholders across different points of view or functions, to drive successful outcomes
  • Experience aligning teams’ focus and vision towards the most impactful work across a complex product to meet the needs of a diverse, global customer base
