Summary
Join our team as the Head of Sales for Home Care at A Place for Mom to drive growth and expansion of the home care business through targeted strategies, improve existing processes, and develop new capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales or sales management experience, with a mix of B2C or SMB sales leadership experiences
- Outcome-driven, utilizes data to form hypotheses, and deliver solutions using an iterative approach
- Proven track record of identifying new opportunities to improve a process end to end and launching pilots to test the resulting impact
- Ability to manage projects with multiple tracks as a high-energy leader
- Demonstrated history of defining and achieving KPI targets
- Experience in change management and innovation. Thrives in a fast-paced, change infused, demanding environment
- A data-driven, proactive mindset toward transformational process improvement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical or career experience
Responsibilities
- Lead consumer- and home care agency-facing sales teams, as well as related internal enablement and support functions
- Drive productivity and improvements within each team to achieve their respective goals. Manage to target metrics (e.g., connection rate, agency acquisition targets) that will deliver growth
- Set clear targets and expectations for each team to drive improvement on necessary metrics to improve performance
- Lead cross team effort to set the vision for, test into, and stand up new capabilities to develop a reimagined end to end experience for families and home care agencies
- Instill rigorous test and learn mentality within the teams to pilot and identify the highest impact changes to implement
- Collaborate with Product and Technology to implement pilots and roll out winners at scale
- Hire, train, coach and develop new members on each team to achieve the target growth of the business
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to identify trends and manage how the business is pacing
- Be accountable for sales reporting accuracy and distribution
- Partner with Analytics to define reporting needs or updates to existing reports. Assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes with Finance and HR
- Represent A Place For Mom at customer conferences, webinars, and meetings to support new sales and expansion of existing accounts
