Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: 8-10 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in the SaaS or fintech space, with a demonstrated ability to drive substantial growth
  • Track Record of Success: A history of scaling companies in the $30-100M revenue range, with a growth mindset and a relentless drive to exceed sales goals
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute ambitious sales strategies that position the company for long-term success
  • Exceptional People Skills: Expertise in recruiting, training, and leading remote teams, with a focus on building a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce), and a deep understanding of cloud-based solutions
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical abilities to drive decision-making and improve sales performance
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships remotely and negotiate high-stakes deals
