Join us as a VP, Sales APAC at Zone & Co, where you will lead the development and execution of a growth strategy focused on amplifying market presence and achieving an annual recurring revenue (ARR) target of $10 million. As a key player in driving our ambitious sales initiatives within the dynamic financial technology (SaaS) landscape, you will leverage deep fintech insights, a data-driven approach, and cutting-edge sales strategies to disrupt new verticals and accelerate revenue.
Requirements
- Proven Leadership: 8-10 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in the SaaS or fintech space, with a demonstrated ability to drive substantial growth
- Track Record of Success: A history of scaling companies in the $30-100M revenue range, with a growth mindset and a relentless drive to exceed sales goals
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute ambitious sales strategies that position the company for long-term success
- Exceptional People Skills: Expertise in recruiting, training, and leading remote teams, with a focus on building a culture of excellence and accountability
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce), and a deep understanding of cloud-based solutions
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical abilities to drive decision-making and improve sales performance
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships remotely and negotiate high-stakes deals
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the creation and execution of an aggressive sales strategy aimed at driving market disruption and capturing high-growth opportunities
- Recruit, train, and empower a top-performing remote sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Drive revenue growth by utilizing data-driven insights to consistently exceed sales goals and maximize profitability
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, creating strategic partnerships to expand Zone & Co's fintech SaaS footprint
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty
- Implement innovative sales processes and tools to drive operational efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and enhance business performance
- Use advanced analytics to inform decision-making, optimize tactics, and ensure continuous growth and market adaptability
- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies while mitigating risks
- Inspire the sales team to innovate and excel, setting ambitious performance goals that drive results
- Represent Zone & Co as a thought leader in industry forums, contributing to brand visibility and reputation
