Summary
Join Voyant as our dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our telecom sales and customer service organization. This executive role will drive revenue growth, manage a high-performing sales team, and develop go-to-market strategies. You will report to the President and shape the future of our business. The position requires 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in telecom or unified communications. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling sales organizations is essential. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; an MBA is preferred. The annual salary is between $130,000 and $150,000.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of regional and national sales leaders and account executives
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs to drive accountability and results
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand Voyant’s footprint
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to executive leadership
- Represent Voyant at industry events, conferences, and with key clients
- Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity
