Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical consulting, or similar roles, including 8+ years in a leadership position
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data and analytics, including familiarity with EHR, claims, and other real-world data sources
  • Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions in SaaS or data-driven technology companies
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience building high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leadership to define and execute strategies that align with Komodo’s business objectives
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, translating business challenges into actionable technical solutions using Komodo’s platform and data assets
  • Provide thought leadership and drive innovation in leveraging healthcare data and analytics for customer outcomes
  • Oversee the design of customized data solutions and technical architectures that address customer requirements and business goals
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback informs the product roadmap
  • Ensure timely delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions that drive measurable value for clients
  • Deliver technical and business-level demos to customers
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback to internal teams to improve products and services
  • Align with marketing, product, and sales teams to craft compelling value propositions and demonstrations
  • Represent Komodo Health at industry events, customer meetings, and internal forums as a subject matter expert
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class Sales Engineering team capable of supporting complex enterprise engagements
  • Establish scalable processes and best practices for sales engineering to ensure consistent quality and delivery excellence
  • Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity within the team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the healthcare, life sciences, or biopharma industries
  • Deep knowledge of data science tools, cloud technologies, and AI/ML applications in healthcare
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
