Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical consulting, or similar roles, including 8+ years in a leadership position
- Strong understanding of healthcare data and analytics, including familiarity with EHR, claims, and other real-world data sources
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions in SaaS or data-driven technology companies
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience building high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to define and execute strategies that align with Komodoโs business objectives
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, translating business challenges into actionable technical solutions using Komodoโs platform and data assets
- Provide thought leadership and drive innovation in leveraging healthcare data and analytics for customer outcomes
- Oversee the design of customized data solutions and technical architectures that address customer requirements and business goals
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback informs the product roadmap
- Ensure timely delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions that drive measurable value for clients
- Deliver technical and business-level demos to customers
- Serve as the voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback to internal teams to improve products and services
- Align with marketing, product, and sales teams to craft compelling value propositions and demonstrations
- Represent Komodo Health at industry events, customer meetings, and internal forums as a subject matter expert
- Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class Sales Engineering team capable of supporting complex enterprise engagements
- Establish scalable processes and best practices for sales engineering to ensure consistent quality and delivery excellence
- Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity within the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the healthcare, life sciences, or biopharma industries
- Deep knowledge of data science tools, cloud technologies, and AI/ML applications in healthcare
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
