Summary
Join Simple, a thriving mobile product with over 15 million users and 100%+ year-over-year revenue growth, as our experienced Video Lead. You will lead video production, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage video production for various platforms, and oversee creative directions. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in video production for performance marketing. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative agency or in-house production team
- 2+ years of experience in a Video Lead role, with ownership over video production workflows
- Strong knowledge of creative production, team management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to define creative specifications, manage production timelines, and create detailed execution plans
- Hands-on experience in video production for performance marketing, particularly for mobile apps
- Experience with video localization and distribution pipelines
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with a data-driven approach to video content
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the video production process, ensuring efficiency, organization, and timely delivery
- Optimize creative workflows and streamline video production processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including video editors, motion designers, creative producers, and user acquisition managers
- Manage video production for ads across various platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Structure workflows, manage timelines, and foster collaboration within the team
- Oversee various creative directions, including user-generated testimonials, fitness creators' content, and AI video generation
- Coordinate with Marketing, Growth, Writing, and Product Marketing teams to ensure smooth internal workflows and clear communication
- Collaborate with external agencies and advertising platform representatives
- Lead and manage team members, ensuring the timely execution and delivery of video content
- Analyze performance data and implement improvements in video production processes
- Scale video production to meet growing demand
- Oversee localization and distribution of video content
- Manage both onsite and remote shoots effectively
