Video Producer

Summary

Join our team as a video and static ad creator for Meta and YouTube. You will be responsible for shooting, editing, and creating engaging video ads, incorporating motion design elements, and optimizing existing creatives. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential, along with a strong understanding of social media ad best practices. You'll need fluency in German and English, and ideally, you'll be based in Berlin, but remote work is possible. The role requires creating 6 new creative concepts per month, each with variations for different platforms. The position offers flexible hours (2 days/week) and daily rate pay.

Requirements

• Proficient with Adobe suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Comfortable with Motion design
• You understand the codes of social media ads and you are familiar with social ads best practices (Mainly Facebook, Instagram and Youtube)
• You are fluent in German and English
• Please do share your creative portfolio, ideally with examples of ads you produced

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit video ads and static ads for Meta and Youtube
• Filming, derushing, editing, corrections, subtitling, until the final delivery of the video
• Basic motion design (add a logo, text)
• Modification / improvement of existing creative based on reported performance
• You can follow briefs from our Marketing team but you are also proactive in producing new creatives from scratch
• You are able to find great hooks to catch user’s attention
• Get inspiration from trends on social media, from our competitors, etc…
• Produce 6 new creative concepts per month
• Develop each concept in different formats (16:9, 9:16, 4:5) and respect the safe zone

Preferred Qualifications

• French is a nice to have
• You are ideally based in Berlin, but fully remote is also possible
