Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a sales/client engagement role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
  • Bright, extroverted, and bubbly personality with a professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools
  • Advanced proficiency in calendar management, email organization, and project coordination
  • Self-motivated and highly reliable, capable of working independently in a remote setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s communications, including managing emails and responding to inquiries
  • Coordinate and maintain the CEO’s schedule, ensuring meetings, appointments, and deadlines are prioritized effectively
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports to support business development initiatives
  • Manage and update CRM databases, ensuring accurate tracking of client information and sales progress
  • Research prospective clients and partners, providing insights and recommendations for outreach
  • Facilitate follow-ups on sales and partnership leads to ensure timely responses and effective communication
  • Organize and manage virtual events or webinars to engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Support internal operations by liaising with other departments on behalf of the CEO
