Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and address client inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Schedule and coordinate property inspections, ensuring timely communication with all parties involved
• Obtain approvals for inspections and ensure all necessary agreements are signed
• Accurately input and verify access information for inspections in orders
• Effectively manage and resolve client complaints to maintain positive relationships
• Monitor radon systems, including tracking calibration and coordinating pick-up of monitors
• Follow up on scheduling issues and related operational tasks as needed

• Prior experience in customer service or real estate operations
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and technologies
