Summary

Join Ten Life Group as a Virtual Lifestyle Concierge for high-net-worth clients in Belgium! You will orchestrate exclusive experiences, curate travel itineraries, and anticipate client needs. This role requires excellent English and Flemish/Dutch language skills (C1-C2 CERF), 2+ years of experience in a leisure-oriented sector, and strong administrative skills. You'll need a passion for luxury travel and a service-oriented attitude. Requirements

  • Possess excellent language skills in professional English, Flemish or Dutch (C1-C2 CERF)
  • Have 2+ years of experience in a leisure-oriented sector (business, hospitality, retail, leisure, customer service, concierge, or call center)
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers, and clients, maintaining a calm and professional manner at all times
  • Possess strong administration skills
  • Have a strong passion for travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture
  • Be service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
  • Maintain a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values
  • Value exceptional service
  • Be computer literate to a high level and proficient with all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Be available for a full-time 40-hour per week role on a shift basis, able to work a 5-day work week between 07:00-19:00 GMT, either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
  • If within a commutable distance of the office, be willing to participate in a hybrid working arrangement (at least 2 days a week in the office)
  • Have a secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
  • Meet minimum internet speed requirements for remote/hybrid work (to be checked during the recruitment process)
