Summary

Join the Educational Equality Institute (TEEI), a Norway-based NGO, as a Volunteer Engagement Manager to support our Together for Ukraine initiative. This remote, 6-hour per week volunteer position focuses on strengthening relationships with teachers, mentors, and beneficiaries. You will engage with volunteers, collect and analyze feedback, capture impact stories, and help organize online events. The ideal candidate is passionate about education and community engagement, possesses strong communication skills, and is comfortable conducting video interviews. In return, you'll gain valuable experience, contribute to a meaningful cause, and receive a certificate of volunteer service and recommendation letters.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Regularly follow up with teachers, mentors, and program participants to ensure a positive experience
  • Provide support and guidance to volunteers, helping them stay motivated and engaged
  • Conduct surveys and structured interviews to gather feedback from teachers and beneficiaries
  • Identify areas for improvement and share insights with the program team
  • Conduct video interviews with beneficiaries, mentors, and teachers to collect testimonials
  • Document success stories for use in reports, funding applications, and social media
  • Help organize online events, Q&A sessions, and networking opportunities for volunteers
  • Encourage engagement and participation across TEEI programs
  • Maintain records of interactions and provide regular updates to the team
  • Support content creation by sharing insights from the field
