Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in project management, PMO leadership, or delivery management roles
- 10+ years leadership experience in a matrixed environment with proven experience managing multiple teams
- Proven track record of developing and implementing enablement strategies
- Expert knowledge of project governance, quality assurance practices, and delivery methodologies
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Experience with resource management and shared services oversight
- Ability to drive customer satisfaction initiatives and improve client outcomes
Responsibilities
- Develop Enablement Strategies: Create and implement enablement strategies that support project teams, enhance delivery capabilities, and ensure continuous improvement
- Project Governance and Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks and quality assurance processes to ensure project management excellence
- Manage Delivery Tools and Methodologies: Oversee the adoption and optimization of delivery tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Customer Satisfaction Initiatives: Lead initiatives to monitor and improve customer satisfaction (CSAT) across all projects, ensuring high levels of client engagement and loyalty
- Oversee Shared Services: Leads shared services, including resource management, to ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources
