Summary

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in talent management or related HR roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent management strategies in large, complex organizations
  • Strong expertise in strategic workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning
  • Demonstrated ability to design and lead leadership development programs
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent change management skills and experience guiding organizations through transformations
  • Strong executive coaching abilities and experience working with C-suite leaders
  • Deep understanding of talent management best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, across many time zones, with occasional travel as needed
