VP Of Marketing

Requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years experience, preferably within a SaaS-oriented marketing operation or marketing agency
• A degree or diploma that contributes to the organization is considered an asset
• Strong recruitment, training, leadership, and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices
• Capacity to manage global teams and complex projects seamlessly
• Must be detail-oriented and creative and have a passion for helping partners and Team Members achieve their goals
• Ability to analyze data and information to make key decisions that lead to continuous wins
• Strong in audience and marketing research
• Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality
• As part of a diverse team, ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, administratively strong, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Willing to participate in ongoing education and training for the role

Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategic marketing initiatives in line with overall business objectives across various marketing functions, including performance marketing, events, social media marketing and product marketing
• Set revenue targets and analyze data to figure out what changes need to be made in order to attain these targets
• Perform quality control in terms of consistent brand messaging and customer communications
• Seek out new relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers and nurture existing relationships
• Keep a close eye on marketing budgets to limit expenses
• Create and lead a successful team while nurturing a culture that reflects and enhances company values
• Use data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness, as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to support overall business growth and success
• Optimize the effectiveness of existing marketing channels such as emails, social media, website, etc., based on data-driven insights
• Other duties as assigned
