Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for how we build products for our customers that aligns with Servant's mission and business objectives
- Identify market opportunities and develop a roadmap of product capabilities that addresses client challenges, including digital transformation, driving revenue growth, and advancing brand evolution
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet customer expectations and business goals
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and consulting teams to deliver high-quality, impactful products on behalf of our customers
- Integrate with our clients' existing product management and product development processes, assisting in establishing processes where they are lacking, and ensuring a smooth handoff upon project completion
- Constantly explores new ways and tools to streamline and automate the way that we build products enabling our teams to be nimble, lean and highly profitable, while also resulting in the highest quality products being built
- Lead and mentor the Product team including Product Management, Product Design and User Research, Data Science and Engineering, establishing best practices and frameworks that represent the Servant Way of serving customers and delivering work
- Define clear roles, performance metrics, and accountability structures to ensure team alignment with Servant's mission and client objectives
- Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, maintaining long-term partnerships and positioning Servant as a thought leader
- Represent and amplify the voice of the client within Servant to maintain a client-centric approach across all decision-making forums
- Instill a culture of change management by partnering with clients to proactively identify and address scope changes, ensuring we stay ahead of shifting expectations, needs, and costs. All while maintaining a posture of βyesβ. This function will work closely with the client leadership group to maintain alignment and deliver seamless solutions
- Ensure business unit profitability by effectively managing resources and allocating talent across product initiatives
- Forecast incoming work via the sales pipeline to ensure talent availability and proactive sourcing of contract services through Servant Talent
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of product strategies and track client success
- Function as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, providing direction and decision-making for near-term issues and long-term strategic initiatives
- Partner across departments to integrate product strategies with technical feasibility, growth opportunities, and consulting capabilities
- Actively involved with customers, maintaining a 50% engagement rate
- Active voice in the community, speaking on panels, podcasts, and stages
- Travel up to 50% to support client relationships, team leadership, and product initiatives
