Requirements

  • 10+ years in diverse sales leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through new-product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
  • Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision
  • Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively
  • Experience in making decisions based on business metrics
  • Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach metrics
  • This position requires up to 50% travel

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute the company’s current strategic plan and contribute to the development of future initiatives
  • Ensure alignment, performance, and strategy across the company’s revenue-generating departments
  • Lead the global sales team to drive business growth across all customer segments, while partnering with marketing to refine strategy and enhance the customer experience
  • Oversee the achievement of company new business targets, focusing on expanding revenue in services (Embedded Services, Security Operations, Global Assistance and Evacuations), with a specific emphasis on securing new sales each calendar year
  • Balance both strategic and tactical responsibilities, managing sales strategy, ensuring the sales team meets revenue goals, and actively participating in sales efforts (leveraging network connections, conducting sales presentations, securing major deals, etc.)
  • Build and cultivate high-performing teams committed to fostering a culture of innovation
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and lead flow, making adjustments as necessary to ensure sustainable growth
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities, developing competitive strategies and tactics
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring that customer feedback informs product development and enhancements
  • Partner with finance, product management, and marketing teams to align messaging, pricing strategies, and business models with revenue objectives
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional issues impacting marketing, sales, and account management teams
  • Develop and implement a business strategy that prioritizes growth and maximizes customer satisfaction ratings for Concentric
  • Lead the development and execution of sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize pricing models, market positioning, customer journeys, and lead targeting strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, SAP, and/or Google Suite
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related field
