Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B sales
  • Experience selling a disruptive technology or have taken a new product to market
  • Excellent prospecting, time management, networking, relationship building skills and a proven track record of closing deals
  • Industry experience within fleet electrification, transportation, or energy and can speak/sell to the challenges across the EV segment
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Present our complete suite of comprehensive fleet electrification solutions
  • Create and deliver clear and executable roadmaps focused on cost savings, transition feasibility, and structured financial solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Tightly manage your pipeline and be able to speak to its progress by properly updating and tracking metrics via our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with management and our support teams to develop and present EV transition plans and sales presentations to targeted prospects
  • Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders and develop multi-level relationships within target companies

Benefits

  • Compensation: $150-180k + commission & equity eligible
  • Remote work eligible with occasional travel to Washington, DC office and external conferences/client sites as needed
