Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field and typically 12+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in product strategy, management, or product marketing

- Experience in successfully communicating with senior executives
- Previous leadership experience
- Track record of growing revenues and deepening partner relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly grasp concepts and a bias towards action
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to discern information from multiple sources and distill that information into relevant data needed to make a decision

Responsibilities
- Leads a team of Partner Account Executives with an emphasis on revenue generation
- Manages current partners in a way that deepens the relationship between the partner and Pathward and grows the revenue with the partner
- Understands the business model and offerings of the partner and the role that Pathward plays in ensuring the success of the partner
- Builds deep relationships with key stakeholders of the partner
- Conducts quarterly business reviews with the partner
- Develops a pipeline of revenue opportunities with the partner
- Works with internal teams to address material servicing-related issues with the partner
- Works with internal teams to develop solutions and launch product extensions with the partner
- Coordinates the biweekly Issuing and Deposits team meeting agenda
- Develops formalized processes for PAEβs to simplify work effort
- Coordinates the onboarding of new team members including training, system access, and new hire documentation
- Develops a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to understand evolving products and solutions that would impact the Partner Solutions team
- Understands the needs of the partner and the problem the solution will solve for the customer
- Participates in detailed discussions with current or future partners to understand solution constructs, capabilities and enhancements. Then, works with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions which will empower Pathward to win in the marketplace
- Leads and cultivates productive relationships with key employees in cross-functional departments; ensures their needs and capabilities are understood, and then develops and maintains optimal approaches to initiatives with their aggregate buy-in, given their differing and sometimes conflicting needs
