Requirements
- Experience in product marketing leadership roles, with a track record of successful product launches
- Demonstrated success developing and executing go-to-market strategies for multiple product lines across industries and geographies
- An evidence-based approach that drives thoughtful program decisions based on market sizing
- The ability to translate that thinking into effective marketing strategies and campaigns as well as effective sales enablement assets, and guide and mentor the team into this approach
- Experience building and leading marketing teams
- Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, and storytelling
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer-focused messaging
- Experience with pricing strategies and packaging frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
- Bring a strategic revenue focus that balances pipeline creation with deal size optimization and increased win rate
- Help create a team charter that is able to craft narratives and connect them to business metrics
- Prioritize voice-of-customer research and can translate complex healthcare needs into compelling value propositions that resonate with multiple stakeholders
- Lead a small but mighty team of product marketing professionals, including product marketing managers, market researchers, and competitive intelligence specialists
- Establish clear positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that differentiate our products in the marketplace
- Oversee product and market research to identify opportunities, validate messaging, and optimize product-market fit
- Create systematic new product introduction processes and playbooks based on established frameworks, adapting this guidance to meet our product, engineering and marketing needs
- Guide pricing and packaging strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
- Mentor and develop product marketing team members to foster growth and excellence
Preferred Qualifications
Industry depth (experience in B2B, Healthcare, SaaS, or technology industries is a plus)
