Summary

Join Nozomi Networks as VP of Sales, APAC, and play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across the Asia Pacific region. You will build and lead a high-performing sales team, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by selling network security solutions to Global 2000 companies. Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise sales, specifically in network security or SaaS solutions, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth
  • Strong ethos around the use of technology and accurate reporting to manage customers, sales cycles and predicting outcomes (SFDC preferred)
  • Expertise in selling to Global 2000 companies, particularly within sectors such as energy, manufacturing, and IoT
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams in high-growth or startup environments
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of modern sales tools, technology, and best practices
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a relentless drive for improvement and innovation
  • The ability to travel up to 50% of your time

Responsibilities

  • Accurately forecast annual and quarterly bookings and execute against these plans with precision
  • Identify opportunities and obstacles, developing strategies to maximize profit, revenue, and market share
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class sales team, nurturing both their skills and professional growth
  • Guide account executives, sales development reps, and front-line sales managers to excel
  • Spearhead efforts to close new business deals and expand the customer base
  • Develop revenue strategies tailored to the team's strengths and product goals
  • Lead the transition from perpetual to term-based licensing (ARR Model), while keeping the client's needs at the forefront
  • Use Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to keep the team on track
