Join Nozomi Networks as VP of Sales, APAC, and play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across the Asia Pacific region. You will build and lead a high-performing sales team, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by selling network security solutions to Global 2000 companies. This leadership position requires a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments. You will develop and execute sales strategies, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with business goals. Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise sales, specifically in network security or SaaS solutions, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth
- Strong ethos around the use of technology and accurate reporting to manage customers, sales cycles and predicting outcomes (SFDC preferred)
- Expertise in selling to Global 2000 companies, particularly within sectors such as energy, manufacturing, and IoT
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams in high-growth or startup environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of modern sales tools, technology, and best practices
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a relentless drive for improvement and innovation
- The ability to travel up to 50% of your time
Responsibilities
- Accurately forecast annual and quarterly bookings and execute against these plans with precision
- Identify opportunities and obstacles, developing strategies to maximize profit, revenue, and market share
- Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class sales team, nurturing both their skills and professional growth
- Guide account executives, sales development reps, and front-line sales managers to excel
- Spearhead efforts to close new business deals and expand the customer base
- Develop revenue strategies tailored to the team's strengths and product goals
- Lead the transition from perpetual to term-based licensing (ARR Model), while keeping the client's needs at the forefront
- Use Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to keep the team on track
