Join bswift as the Vice President, Tech Operations, overseeing EDI & IST and playing a key role in the executive leadership team. Drive excellence in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) strategy and manage the Integration Support Team (IST) lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Define and lead the vision for EDI integration and operations delivery, aligning with organizational goals
- Partner cross-functionally with IT, Product, Compliance, and Business Operations to drive strategic initiatives
- Develop performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs to track operational success and continuously improve outcomes
- Serve as an internal change agent, promoting innovation and scalable process improvements
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of EDI initiatives and integrations with clients, vendors, and internal systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and data security requirements
- Lead a team of EDI analysts, engineers, and support staff, ensuring timely and accurate data exchange
- Direct and manage all aspects of operations delivery, ensuring optimal service levels, efficiency, and client satisfaction
- Lead process optimization initiatives to reduce cost, improve scalability, and enhance service delivery
- Monitor workflows, resource allocation, and quality controls across service delivery units
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Provide strategic direction and operational coaching to department leaders and project managers
