Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields
  • Proven leadership experience in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation, and BI tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy aligned with company goals
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive go-to-market strategy and execution
  • Design and implement scalable processes across the revenue funnel (lead to renewal)
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks in the sales and customer lifecycle
  • Own revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting
  • Provide actionable insights to drive growth and improve conversion rates
  • Oversee the tech stack for sales, marketing, and customer success (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, BI tools)
  • Ensure systems are integrated, optimized, and support business needs
  • Lead sales and customer success enablement initiatives
  • Ensure teams are equipped with the tools, content, and training needed to succeed
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and product teams
  • Align departmental goals and metrics to ensure cohesive execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating acquisitions and related salesforce migration projects
  • Experience scaling operations in a fast-paced, high-growth company
  • Familiarity with RevOps frameworks and best practices
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities
