Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Computer Science
- Specialization on web Content Development or Online Marketing
- Experience with web content creation and maintenance through Sitecore
- Proven professional experience in Web Content Development or Digital Marketing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
- Ability to collaborate within a multi-functional team's environment
- A getting-things-done attitude, able to multitask and prioritize, set timelines and goals to deliver high quality content against target deadlines
- Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus) and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the companyβs Content Management Systems (CMS), updating content on web pages based on existing templates or creating totally new user flows and templates
- Assist in the website localization efforts of the company
- Collaborate with teams within PeopleCert ensuring our websites are always up to date with the right content and represented by the appropriate customer journeys in a way that helps customers and target audiences achieve their objectives
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities and provide recommendations to other teams on content design and site content
- Communicate content development timelines as part of the team that owns the full content production lifecycle from start to finish
- Conduct content testing and quality assurance of under development and published pages
- Continuously monitor website performance and evaluate effectiveness of content
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and SEM best practices
