Requirements

• Must be proficient in spoken and written English
• Must be able to participate in company related events
• Must be able to work Pacific Standard Time (PST)
• 5+ years of experience in Webflow
• 7+ years of work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Webflow development projects and own the process from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality of work
• Build, design, and implement highly interactive and animated websites that push the boundaries of creativity
• Collaborate with our design team to convert Figma/Sketch mockups into pixel-perfect websites
• Work with Webflow to create quick, less complex websites while maintaining a high level of quality and performance
• Act as the go-to Webflow expert within the agency, helping establish best practices and ensuring all Webflow projects are executed efficiently
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and clients to ensure project timelines and expectations are met
• Stay up to date on Webflow capabilities and the latest web development trends to continually improve processes and results
