Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and event management. (Internships accepted)
  • Eagerness to plan, execute, and promote successful webinars
  • Interest in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar, Microsoft Teams)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Execute a robust webinar strategy aligned with overall marketing goals
  • Identify relevant webinar topics and speakers to attract target audiences
  • Manage the entire webinar lifecycle, including topic ideation, speaker coordination, content creation, and promotion
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, content, sales) to ensure seamless execution of webinars
  • Oversee the technical aspects of webinars, including platform selection, setup, and troubleshooting
  • Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote webinars across multiple channels (email, social media, paid advertising, etc.)
  • Create compelling webinar landing pages and email invitations to drive registrations
  • Utilize A/B testing and analytics to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates
  • Capture and nurture leads generated from webinars through effective follow-up campaigns
  • Segment webinar attendees and tailor personalized communication to maximize engagement
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify and hand off leads for further sales opportunities
  • Analyze webinar performance metrics (registrations, attendance, engagement, lead generation) to identify areas for improvement
  • Gather feedback from attendees to refine future webinars
  • Repurpose webinar content into valuable assets (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, videos) to extend their impact

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, Hubspot)
