Join Great Minds as a Website Content Specialist to maintain and enhance our website, greatminds.org. You will create and edit web pages using HubSpot, ensuring brand consistency and optimal functionality. Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant experience in web content development or CMS management
  • Proficiency in HTML and working knowledge of CSS and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CMS (or comparable CMS)
  • Understanding of on-page SEO principles and best practices
  • Excellent written communication and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., web development, marketing, communications, or design)

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit website pages using HubSpot’s content editor, HTML, and HubL to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging
  • Conduct quality assurance checks, including: Functionality testing, Link validation, Page speed optimization, SSL/security verification, SEO compliance for pages authored by internal teams
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to integrate text, media, and visual elements into cohesive pages
  • Build state-specific and curriculum review landing pages for RFPs and adoption cycles
  • Develop lead-generation landing pages using HubSpot templates or custom code to drive conversions and engagement
  • Partner with internal design and dev teams to create or refine reusable page and blog templates
  • Build custom modules using HTML, CSS, and HubL to support functionality needs across marketing and stakeholder pages
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to meet deadlines and quality expectations
  • Assist in coordinating regular audits and reviews of existing pages with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance
