Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5 years in digital marketing with a strong focus on CRO, A/B testing and multivariate experiments
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Good understanding of UX practices
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Expertise in A/B and multivariate experiments, and A/B testing tools such as Optimizely
  • Awareness of web design, emerging technologies, and UI frameworks
  • Ability to accurately estimate work effort and meet aggressive schedules
  • Advanced or expert knowledge and experience using Google Analytics
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment diving into the details demanded for flawless execution
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the CRO strategy and roadmap for g-p.com
  • Optimize our website to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates for our B2B and soon-to-launch ecommerce SaaS product
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to create a seamless and intuitive user experience that encourages conversions
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Adobe analytics, Optimizely) and generate regular reports on key metrics such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and user engagement
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation through website optimization, including the use of forms, chatbots, and other lead capture tools
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify industry trends and best practices in CRO
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to key stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams
