Workday Analyst

Summary

The job description is for a Workday HCM Analyst role at ModSquad, a global provider of managed digital engagement services. The role involves supporting the administration, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of their Workday HCM platform and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with HR and business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, business administration or related field is required
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience working with Workday HCM with hands-on configuration experience in areas such as security, report writing, HCM, payroll, benefits, recruiting, absence, and/or time tracking
• Hands-on business process and/or security policy configuration experience with Workday HCM
• Demonstrated experience in creating calculated fields for reports and system configuration

Responsibilities

• Supports Workday HCM system, including user setup, EIB integrations, reporting, and system configuration
• Develops advanced reports, including creating calculated fields and maintaining dashboards, to provide accurate data, analytics and insights to the HR team and the organization
• Supports any Workday-related and other HR Technology inquiries and issues from team members and leaders
• Supports functional area process configurations and configures Workday HCM workstreams to align with HR policies, processes, and best practices
• Designs and implements appropriate system configurations and business processes, while ensuring data accuracy and optimizing system efficiency and effectiveness
• Works with IT to troubleshoot and resolve application and integration related incidents and problems
• Provides daily functional support to HR Workday users in configuring, testing and updating workstreams as needed
• Stays current with Workday releases, trends, and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for system optimization and process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Workday Financials is a plus
