Requirements

• 3+ years of Workday HCM Core experience with expertise in the following key modules: Finance, Procurement, and Talent
• Proven ability to generate insights through Workday reporting and analytics
• Familiarity with cross-functional integrations (e.g., Zendesk, Greenhouse)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage and refine key Workday modules, including Finance, Procurement, Talent, and Advanced Compensation, ensuring accurate data management and streamlined workflows
• Deliver actionable insights through Workday reports to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate on integrations with systems such as Zendesk, Greenhouse, and Lessonly, ensuring seamless connectivity
• Conduct audits, resolve issues, and implement updates to maintain system accuracy and compliance
• Identify and address process gaps to enhance efficiency and user experience
• Maintain system configuration documentation and provide user training as needed
