Workday Integration Consultant

Summary

Join MSRcosmos, an IT services subsidiary of a U.S.-based multinational conglomerate, as a Workday Integration Consultant. This contract, remote position requires 10+ years of experience with Workday integration, including end-to-end implementation. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in Workday Studio, PECI, EIB, and API, along with experience in web services (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSZL). Functional area experience in Core HCM, compensation, recruiting, talent management, absence management, time tracking, payroll, and benefits is essential. Proficiency in Workday Reporting, Report Builder, custom reports, and XSLT custom reports is also required. The role demands independent work and strong experience in Workday integration and configuration.

Requirements

• Possess 10+ years of experience as a Workday integration resource with end-to-end implementation and hands-on experience in Workday integration
• Have Workday Integration expertise in Workday Studio, Workday PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface), EIB, Payroll integration and some experience on using API
• Have experience in Web services like REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSZL etc
• Have experience in Workday functional areas like Core HCM, compensation, Recruiting, Talent management, Absence management, time tracking, payroll, benefits, compensation etc
• Have experience in Workday Reporting, Report builder, Custom reports, XSLT custom reports
• Work independently and have strong experience in Workday Integration and Configuration
