Remote Workday Integration Consultant

Requirements

• Min of 5+ years of Workday Integrations experience
• 5 years of combined experience developing and delivering technical solutions in a corporate environment
• 5+ years of experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware)
• Experience leading Integration design, and Process alignment
• Experience in designer and developer related roles with demonstrated ability to deliver coded integration work to a production environment
• Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
• Proven Experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams including business users and other technology teams
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English) with cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts in easy, understandable terms, align HR / business knowledge with Workday functionality, and proactively drive process improvements
• Comfortable with video calls and be proactive in keeping communication channels open with your client and team
• Authorized to work without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions for customers
• Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management
• Provide guidance to clients or service partners on integration strategies
• Manage the integration deliverables associated with implementation projects
• Facilitate troubleshooting and communication with other internal team members
• Manage small teams on multiple projects simultaneously and mentor/coach the teams on Integration best practices
• Engage where appropriate in the sales cycle to help scope integration projects
• Serve as primary technical contact during client implementations for existing and new clients
• Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs
• Develop and execute test plans, manage scenario testing and validation of file solutions
• Manage the setup, analysis, validation and integration of partner data exchanges
• Coordinate cross functional implementation tasks. create and manage to project plans. assist in develop project scope documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• College or University Degree in HR or Information Systems
• Workday Integration Certification
• Workday Extend experience
• Certifications in related technologies or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile)
• Experience with any of the following: Java, JavaScript, .NET, XSLT, NetBeans IDE development background
