Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree and at least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership development
- Adept at cultivating strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders both as a road warrior connecting in-person and virtually
- Working knowledge of clean energy technologies, including energy efficiency, EV infrastructure, building energy management, building electrification, or solar project development
- Technologically savvy with proficiency with Cloud-based systems such as Google Workspace and CRMs
- Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and articulate them in a virtual world
- Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent at streamlining processes
- Current Residency in Colorado
Responsibilities
- Lead contractor recruitment and engagement efforts
- Build strong contractor relationships - provide open communication, set expectations, and manage requirements
- Collaborate with CCEF leadership to optimize contractor processes and develop innovative strategies
- Participate in the recruitment of new contractors β understand their needs and guide them through the authorization process
- Work closely with business development and residential teams to understand contractorβs needs and provide training on CCEF programs and financing, ensuring seamless integration
- Analyze and report on contractor metrics, providing feedback for improvement
- Evangelize our mission through networking, industry events, and public speaking events
