Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in consulting or management planning
- Knowledge and experience in workforce planning, payroll management, and cost management
- Ability to coordinate and negotiate with multiple departments and management
- Experience in data analysis and use of Excel and BI tools
- High communication skills and teamwork ability
Responsibilities
- Support the practical implementation of workforce and payroll planning
- Collect, analyze, and report workforce and payroll data from various departments
- Create materials for analysis and reporting
- Conduct simulations based on various data and provide feedback to management and departments
- Manage daily data and troubleshoot system operations
- Support the smooth operation of the system by collaborating with various departments and the IT team
- Support various simulations based on workforce and payroll data and create materials useful for decision-making
- Participate in regular meetings with management planning and various departments
- Collect and provide necessary data and propose improvements to operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and practical experience in workforce planning and payroll management
- Experience using HRIS and ERP systems
- Experience in data management and analysis related to payroll and workforce planning
- Experience supporting systematization projects
