Summary

Join Camplify Holdings Limited (CHL), a global adventure travel tech company, as a Customer Service Representative! You'll be the first point of contact for owners and renters, answering questions about rentals, and MyWay insurance. Responsibilities include managing onboarding, checking documents, maintaining the knowledge base, and collaborating with other teams to improve processes. You'll also contribute to projects and marketing campaigns. This is a part-time internship ideal for students with a passion for camping and outdoor activities. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program (ideally focusing on tourism, leisure management, communication, or a similar field) and seeking practical customer service experience
• A genuine passion for camping, outdoor activities, and vans – ideally with personal road trip experience
• Confident communication in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
• A committed, helpful attitude with a knack for finding quick solutions to customer issues
• A high degree of self-organization and the ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic environment
• Ideally residing in or around Berlin, allowing for easy access to the office (as needed) – remote work is also possible

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for owners and renters, answering questions about rentals and the MyWay insurance
• Handle phone calls, emails, and chats, ensuring customers have a top-notch experience
• Manage the onboarding of new owners, check documents, and maintain accurate data
• Maintain and update the knowledge base and track the most frequent customer inquiries to continuously improve
• Work closely with other teams, identify optimization potential, and assist in implementing new processes or tools
• Support projects and campaigns, whether seasonal marketing campaigns or cross-departmental improvement initiatives, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
