Requirements

• Study a relevant field such as engineering, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering
• Have a basic technical understanding
• Characterized by analytical thinking and the ability to recognize complex problems and develop effective solutions
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a very good command of German and English
• Adept at using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Support process analysis to identify bottlenecks and potential for improvement
• Involve in defining, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators
