Requirements
- Currently an L3 or higher and in good standing
- Demonstrated success in managing sales reps in a high volume setting
- Demonstrated success front line managing a team of high volume roles Evidence of strong people leadership and helping others get better every day
- Track record of achieving ambitious goalsStrong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving, and a deep understanding of CRM systems such as SFDC
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to motivate, inspire, and coach individuals and teams to achieve their full potential
- High level of empathy for our customers, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with managing complex and diverse accounts
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver value to our brightwheel customers, building value propositions for our government team to drive sales
- Own and drive significant goals in sales and activation for our accounts, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute on strategic account plans
- Manage a team of 5 - 10 remote team members, ensuring they are effectively trained, motivated, and supported to deliver outstanding results for thousands of customers
- Partner closely with our go-to-market (GTM), operations and enablement functions to set goals, provide data and insights, and iteratively design, build and improve systems and processes that enable our team to effectively manage and grow our enterprise and government accounts
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate closely with other Customer Experience teams, including Onboarding, Support and Operations to achieve our shared goals of delivering exceptional customer value and driving sustainable growth for the business
