Requirements

• You are studying (ideally in a relevant field) and are available as a working student for 6-12 months (20 hours/week)
• You enjoy independently immersing yourself in projects and searching for solutions
• You have a high degree of personal responsibility and conscientious work
• You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner
• You have an affinity for technology/software and ideally even knowledge of Salesforce (not a must)
• You speak German at a fluent level (C1)

Responsibilities

• Support the review of customer projects and assist in finding solutions
• Process customer tickets: immerse yourself in the projects and collect all necessary information on our various software platforms
• Review and file documents
• Provide an assessment: after carefully reviewing the available information, provide your proposed solution to the next teams
• Handle damage cases and claims settlement in cooperation with our Head of Legal
