Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or graduated within the last year
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English
• Ability to be flexible in various complex situations and perform well under pressure

Responsibilities

• Research and brainstorm new client acquisition methods based on data-driven insights
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and a deep understanding of their needs
• Identify and understand the diverse trading needs of both individual and corporate clients
• Design and implement strategies for market growth in the EU region
• Monitor & conduct a detailed analysis of users’ trading volume, revenue metrics, user behavior and more
• Create comprehensive and analytical reports, effectively communicating and presenting information both quantitatively and graphically

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred experience in account management with a track record of maintaining excellent relationships
• Passionate about crypto
• Previous experience in sales, banking, and financial services is preferred
• Fluency in English and proficiency in at least 1 additional language
