Requirements

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment specifically for Argentina roles, onboarding, and employee relations
- Collaborate with US HR to facilitate payroll processing for Argentina, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that comply with local and international legal standards and align with company values
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Argentina office management issues, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to optimize effectiveness and efficiency
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure communication and alignment with corporate objectives
- Oversee and support Argentina employee training and development initiatives
- Assist with management of Argentina performance review process and address employee performance issues
- Coordinate with IT support to maintain office equipment and manage technological issues
- Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained office environment that complies with health and safety standards
- Provide support for miscellaneous HR tasks as and when needed
