Summary
Join Lighthouse's global Sales Operations team as a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to ensure world-class support to the sales function and contribute to revenue opportunities within the organisation.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business operations/analytics
- Fluent level of written and spoken English
- Previous experience with CRM systems β Salesforce mandatory and candidate will be at an advantage with prior SF Revenue Cloud and Looker experience
- Previous team manager experience or looking for your first people manager role
- Very organised, able to start a project and complete it successfully
- High analytical and able to extract business insights from analysis
- Great time management skills
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines
- Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with Lighthouse's values and culture
Responsibilities
- Support the sales operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans
- Manage a team of tactical sales operations professionals
- Provide day-to-day support for sales process and report generation
- Develop and maintain forecasting, activity, and quota attainment reports for Sales leaders
- Identify quick-wins and crucial enhancement requirements to the sales process
- Provide guidance, support and clear leadership to your team
- Manage and ensure sales reps are adhering to mandatory Global sales processes
- Liaise with Sales Enablement for the roll-out of new processes
- Apply analysis to reporting to tell the story behind the numbers - see the big picture
- Support and advise reps on Salesforce quote flow, coordinating with finance dept
- Coordinate with various teams involved in closing big group deals
- Prioritise your work and set appropriate expectations with stakeholders
