Summary

Join Lighthouse's global Sales Operations team as a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to ensure world-class support to the sales function and contribute to revenue opportunities within the organisation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business operations/analytics
  • Fluent level of written and spoken English
  • Previous experience with CRM systems – Salesforce mandatory and candidate will be at an advantage with prior SF Revenue Cloud and Looker experience
  • Previous team manager experience or looking for your first people manager role
  • Very organised, able to start a project and complete it successfully
  • High analytical and able to extract business insights from analysis
  • Great time management skills
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with Lighthouse's values and culture

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans
  • Manage a team of tactical sales operations professionals
  • Provide day-to-day support for sales process and report generation
  • Develop and maintain forecasting, activity, and quota attainment reports for Sales leaders
  • Identify quick-wins and crucial enhancement requirements to the sales process
  • Provide guidance, support and clear leadership to your team
  • Manage and ensure sales reps are adhering to mandatory Global sales processes
  • Liaise with Sales Enablement for the roll-out of new processes
  • Apply analysis to reporting to tell the story behind the numbers - see the big picture
  • Support and advise reps on Salesforce quote flow, coordinating with finance dept
  • Coordinate with various teams involved in closing big group deals
  • Prioritise your work and set appropriate expectations with stakeholders
