Summary

Join 20four7VA as a CPT-9106 Xero Bookkeeping Specialist and provide senior-level business support. This role requires setting up new Xero accounts, processing receipts, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining organized records. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Set up a new Xero account from scratch, including
  • Initial account configuration
  • Chart of accounts setup (if needed)
  • Bank feed integration (if applicable)
  • Process and enter 4–5 months' worth of receipts (estimated 8–10 minutes per receipt), including
  • Coding/categorizing transactions
  • Attaching and organizing receipt documentation
  • Ensure data entry accuracy and maintain organized records
  • Communicate progress and any issues proactively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with remote/virtual assistant roles preferred
  • Familiarity with Kajabi, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
