Responsibilities

• Create and scale new consumer products for ClassDojo's network of tens of millions of children and families, building a global consumer education business
• Grow ClassDojo from its current state to the next order of magnitude, while deepening love for the brand

Preferred Qualifications

• Achieved product-market fit with new consumer products
• Experience as a founder, or an equivalent level of accountability
• Monetized consumer products, ideally subscription products or marketplaces
• Strong grasp of product strategy
• Strong product intuition and good taste
• Enjoy speaking with customers, and conducting qualitative user research to inform direction
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort with evaluation
• Work well in resource-constrained environments
• Move faster than is comfortable—you are an instigator
• Clear and concise written and spoken communication

Benefits

• Compensation ranges based on geographic location, experience, and skillset (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states: $188,000 - $301,500; All other states in the US: $160,000 - $256,500)
