Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing methodology for large accounts, in the SaaS market, technology companies
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with a strong sense of storytelling and persuasion: Master writing skills and briefing production
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques and how to apply them in content creation
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to different tones of voice and writing styles
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and data analysis: Ability to analyze and make data-driven decisions; Familiarity with the sales cycle
  • Knowledge of Marketing and Sales funnel metrics
  • Experience with CRM - especially Hubspot
  • Advanced or Fluent English skills
  • Ability to converse with diverse audiences (both verbal and written) and build relationships with clients
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation and marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of social media
  • Knowledge of the B2B market
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative ideas that generate results
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize and communicate business health to leadership
  • Startup mindset with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining an optimistic attitude, flexibility, and resilience
  • Expertise in various marketing channels to ensure the right channels for personas

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategy for one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many
  • Strategic Account Identification: Collaborate with sales teams to identify important accounts to target
  • Account Profile Development (dossier production): Create detailed profiles of target accounts, including company information, challenges, objectives, decision-makers, etc
  • Account Segmentation: Based on selected profiles, assist in segmenting accounts into different groups according to specific needs
  • Creation of Personalized Marketing Strategies: Conduct customized communication and engagement campaigns and programs to generate new opportunities within mapped accounts, including creating segmented lists, defining content, organizing events, and creating media campaigns tailored to their specific needs and challenges
  • Creation/Validation of Personalized Content: Create relevant and personalized content according to the proposed plays
  • Prepare and conduct weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly results presentations with partner teams to monitor key KPIs important for achieving ABM program objectives
  • Monitor, Analyze, and Measure Results: Responsible for analyzing and measuring ABM campaign performance, evaluating ROI, making adjustments, and presenting results to all stakeholders
  • Orchestrate actions with other marketing professionals, such as content, events, and design
  • Set marketing objectives and goals to accelerate new demands and existing opportunities
  • Open new segments and marketing actions to monetize the installed base
