Summary
Join Greenhouse as a Field Marketing Manager, BNL/DACH and build and execute the BNL/DACH field marketing strategy. You will own the entire demand generation motion to drive pipeline and revenue. This role involves a diverse marketing mix, including integrated campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and regional events. You will collaborate with the regional Sales team and global marketing functions. The ideal candidate is a strategist, partner, analyst, owner, and builder, excited to establish a new function in a critical expansion market. Requirements
- Proven experience in a B2B field marketing role with a focus on demand generation and pipeline creation
- Demonstrated experience marketing to the BNL and/or DACH regions
- A track record of tying marketing activities directly to revenue goals (sourced leads, opportunity creation, pipeline influence) and reporting on that impact
- Experience executing a community marketing strategy, including community events
- Experience managing end-to-end event strategy and execution, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive field marketing strategy for the BNL/DACH regions, with a direct focus on revenue-driving activities
- Own the regional marketing calendar, managing integrated campaigns, events, webinars, and ABM programs from concept to completion using tools like Asana
- Develop and implement the lead generation and pipeline acceleration strategy to meet and exceed regional targets for both new business and customer expansion
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment, enable the sales team for success, and create targeted programs that support their goals
- Create essential campaign assets, including campaign briefs, email copy, and landing page content, to drive program execution
- Document and report on campaign performance and its impact on pipeline at 3, 6, and 12-month intervals
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Brand, and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and co-marketing success
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and/or German
- Experience in the B2B SaaS industry
