Summary

Join Deel's growing International Marketing team as their Field Marketing Manager APAC, launching and executing the field marketing strategy in the APAC region. This foundational role will drive demand generation to build pipeline and revenue, working closely with the regional Sales team and global marketing functions. You will be responsible for the entire demand generation motion, creating and executing integrated campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and regional events. Success in this role requires a strategic approach, strong collaboration skills, data analysis capabilities, and ownership of the regional marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B field marketing, specifically within the ANZ region, and a track record of driving revenue through marketing activities. This is a highly collaborative role requiring excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a B2B field marketing role with a focus on demand generation and pipeline creation
  • Demonstrated experience marketing to the ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) region
  • A track record of tying marketing activities directly to revenue goals (sourced leads, opportunity creation, pipeline influence) and reporting on that impact
  • Experience executing a community marketing strategy, including community events
  • Experience managing end-to-end event strategy and execution, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sr. Director of International Marketing to adapt and execute the comprehensive field marketing strategy for the ANZ region
  • Own the regional marketing calendar, managing integrated campaigns, events, webinars, and ABM programs from concept to completion
  • Execute the lead generation and pipeline acceleration strategy to meet and exceed regional targets for both new business and customer expansion
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership in ANZ to ensure alignment, enable the sales team for success, and create targeted programs that support their goals
  • Create essential campaign assets, including campaign briefs, email copy, and landing page content, to drive program execution
  • Document and report on campaign performance and its impact on pipeline at 3, 6, and 12-month intervals
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Brand, and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
