Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with 3-5 years of account-based marketing and a strong track record of managing full-funnel ABM campaigns that generate revenue growth and pipeline expansion
  • 1-2 years of people management experience, including mentoring, coaching, and leading a team of ABM specialists or marketers
  • Hands-on experience with ABM tools and platforms, such as Demandbase, 6sense, Rollworks or similar technologies
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas of opportunity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies aimed at engaging and converting high-value target accounts across various stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of ABM specialists, helping them to grow both professionally and personally while fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
  • Leverage data and insights to define key target accounts, account segments, and verticals, and create tailored marketing programs that deliver value at every touchpoint
  • Design and oversee multi-channel campaigns that include email, content, paid media, events, and personalized outreach to increase brand awareness and drive pipeline generation within key accounts
  • Ensure alignment with sales teams by maintaining regular communication and sharing insights on ABM performance, opportunities, and feedback
  • Define clear KPIs and performance metrics for ABM programs, ensuring campaigns are delivering measurable results in terms of pipeline, revenue, and account engagement
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and digital campaigns teams to create assets and messaging that resonate with target accounts
