Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with 3-5 years of account-based marketing and a strong track record of managing full-funnel ABM campaigns that generate revenue growth and pipeline expansion
- 1-2 years of people management experience, including mentoring, coaching, and leading a team of ABM specialists or marketers
- Hands-on experience with ABM tools and platforms, such as Demandbase, 6sense, Rollworks or similar technologies
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas of opportunity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Ensure alignment with sales teams by maintaining regular communication and sharing insights on ABM performance, opportunities, and feedback
- Define clear KPIs and performance metrics for ABM programs, ensuring campaigns are delivering measurable results in terms of pipeline, revenue, and account engagement
- Collaborate with creative, content, and digital campaigns teams to create assets and messaging that resonate with target accounts
