Summary
Join Prowess Consulting as a seasoned Account Director to build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients. You will consult on strategies and solutions for managed programs and BPO projects, serving as the primary communication channel between clients and Prowess. Responsibilities include project tracking, reporting, and making recommendations for process improvements. This full-time, remote role requires a minimum of three years' experience in a technology marketing or sales role, experience with hunting new clients and maintaining existing ones, and exceptional communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is strongly desired, and a book of business or warm leads is a plus. The base pay range is $100,000 to $135,000, plus sales commissions, and benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and a 401k plan.
Requirements
- Minimum three years' experience as an Account, Program Manager or business development role in a technology marketing or sales role a must with high-tech experience a plus
- Experience working at a project based, professional services company selling solutions around managed programs, BPO, compliance, tools automation and development and testing
- Must have experience with both hunting new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- You must be a self-starter, motivated, and eager to achieve
- Bring a book of business or warm leads
- Must have experience selling services around account-based marketing and content marketing
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong basic computer skills in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel and Word) required
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and nurture effective professional relationships with enterprise clients
- Consult with clients to architect and produce strategies, assets, and solutions around managed programs and BPO projects to solve their needs
- Understand client ecosystem, offer solution recommendations, resolve problems and follow up with clients in a timely manner
- Serve as primary channel of communication between the client and Prowess Consulting
- Responsible for internal project and program tracking, monitoring, and regular reporting for forecasting and budgeting purposes
- Makes recommendations to Prowess management for process and sales effectiveness improvements
- Work with Prowess sales exec help to scope and estimate new project/program work
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs Degree and a graduate degree are strongly desired
- Experience with Microsoft and Amazon in agency environment is a plus
