Requirements
- 5+ years of professional sales experience in the B2B media/publishing sector
- Be a fast learner with a passion for sales

Responsibilities
- Employ a consultative sales approach for TechnologyAdvice’s B2B solutions to marketers, encompassing content creation, digital advertising, and lead generation services
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to surpass annual sales objectives
- Advise TechnologyAdvice’s clients on best practices in digital marketing by staying informed about industry insights, competitors, and trends, and applying this knowledge to help clients achieve their revenue targets
- Prospect for new customers within TechnologyAdvice’s mid-market ICP, identify and strategize new customer objectives, propose recommendations through deal shaping & secure insertion orders
- Assess assigned accounts based on purchase propensity, ICP, and other buying signals, and prioritize efforts accordingly
- Conduct and manage client meetings throughout the sales process (discovery, sales call, proposal, follow-up, negotiation, close, and renewals) to exceed revenue goals
- Manage and update pipeline opportunities using the CRM
- Provide weekly updates on the pipeline, sales forecasts, and other relevant metrics to monitor progress against goals, utilizing reports and automation tools
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and other internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and identify growth opportunities
- Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to make strategic decisions
- Consistently achieve sales results to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets [as defined on an annual basis]
- Negotiate and close deals by effectively addressing rebuttals and objections
